- Our payment terms are Net 60 days and checks go out on or around the 15th of the month. Recipients will receive the funds approximately two months after the initial pick up date.
- No. We deal in money only. That way, your school or organization can do whatever it needs to with the donations.
- Cartridges are resold if eligible.
- Cartridges are disposed of properly.
- No. Please see the price sheets for a list of cartridges we are currently buying.
- No. Our program is designed to be as easy for you as possible. We pick them up at a location of your choice and sort them when we bring them back to our warehouse.
- We have an eleven county range in and around the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Please call or e-mail our organization if you have any questions regarding pick ups at your location.
- Our pick up days are based on your location in and around the St. Louis area. Call and ask Amy what your normal pick up day will be. If it changes you will be notified the next time you request a pick up.
- We provide clear plastic bins to each collection site. One for Laser Cartridges and one for Inkjets. More are available at your request. You may call us when they are full. However, if you only have one or two cartridges and they're taking up too much space or cluttering your work area, please let us know. We are always happy to pick up as many or as few cartridges as you need.
- After the cartridges have been sorted, we will generate a Purchase Order listing how many cartridges we are buying and for what amounts. We will then fax or mail a copy of the Purchase Order to your school, business or organization.
- In approximately 60 days from the pick up you should receive a check in the mail.
